Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SuperMaker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
SuperMaker is an AI content-generation platform that lets you create images, video, and audio by running prompts through a range of AI models, billed via credits and subscriptions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service — including individual AI models — at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Generate content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or designed to harass, deceive, or impersonate others.
- Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any party through your prompts or generated content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, models, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service, or attempt to circumvent credit metering or usage limits.
- Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
Credits, Payment, and Billing
SuperMaker runs on credits, which are consumed each time you run an AI generation. Subscriptions and credit packs are billed in advance for the selected period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Credit consumption, rollover, and refunds are governed by your plan and our Refund Policy.
Content Ownership and AI Output
You retain rights to the prompts you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the content you generate with SuperMaker and may use it for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated content comply with applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may be similar to content generated for other users, and we make no guarantee of uniqueness.
Intellectual Property
The SuperMaker platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
