Refund Policy
How refunds work for SuperMaker credits, subscriptions, and AI generations.

Overview
SuperMaker is an AI content-generation platform. Most plans are powered by credits that are consumed each time you run an AI generation (image, video, audio, or workflow task). Because compute costs are incurred the moment a generation runs, this policy explains exactly when refunds apply and how to request one.
Subscription Refunds
If you purchased a monthly or annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, provided you have used less than 20% of the credits included in that billing period. Renewal charges are not eligible for this window — manage renewals from your account settings before the renewal date.
Credit Pack Refunds
One-time credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase only if none of the credits have been used. Once any credit from a pack has been consumed by a generation, that pack becomes non-refundable, as the underlying compute has already been provisioned.
Failed and Errored Generations
You are never charged for compute that fails. If an AI generation errors out, times out, or returns an empty result due to a fault on our side, the credits for that task are automatically refunded to your balance — usually within a few minutes. If you believe credits were deducted for a failed generation and not returned, contact support with the task ID.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your plan and any remaining credits until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partially used billing periods outside the 7-day window described above.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: credits that have been consumed by successful generations, promotional or bonus credits granted free of charge, subscription periods that have fully elapsed, and purchases flagged for fraud or abuse.
How to Request a Refund
Email our support team from the address associated with your account, including your order ID and the reason for the request. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you through the service.
